All orders are processed and shipped from Columbus, OHIO and we aim to dispatch your order(s) within 1-3 business days. Orders should arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. Due to COVID-19, additional delay in shipping is expected.
Christmas Shipping Time Frames 2020
Now more than ever, with COVID-19 affecting our delivery times with our courier partners, we have assigned a cut off date for each shipping service to ensure your loved ones can receive their presents before Christmas day.
Sending as early as you can, and by the dates advised, means that your parcels will have the best chance of arriving in time.

T&Cs: Due to the uncertainty of the volume that the post office will have to process during this holiday period and the resurgence of lockdowns in different areas of the country, there might be delays that can occur which will be out of our control. We are monitoring the situation closely, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Refunds requested due to the delays that are out of control will be handled and assessed by our customer service representatives by case to case basis.
Our freight partners are experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, hygiene and social distancing requirements in their network and an increase in parcel volumes as more people shop online. As a result, delivery times have an additional 7-15 business days (depending on location) added to the standard delivery times.
If you are outside of USA you may be susceptible to customs fees. Custom fees are vary depending on the country and will be charged upon reaching the destination country.
You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional duties if required. Please research your countries laws to determine how much you will pay.
If you refuse to pay the fees and the order is shipped back to Royal Essence, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until Monday.
